Thank you Alex bring me the Second wine of L'Angelus at Yue Kee having Roast Goose. Silky, smooth, with fragrant of chocolate and coffee. Lots of sediments and understated black fruit. High concentration of Merlot but a complex wine. At near HKD500.00, depends if you are a Bordeoux lover, for me, its powerful but lacks finesse.
